A one-time deep clean costs $300 to $610 and regular cleanings cost $130 to $360 a visit, by home size. Book 3 regular cleanings and your first deep clean is exactly half: $150 to $305.

How to find your row
- A studio is priced the same as 1 bed, 1 bath.
- Fewer bathrooms than the row: same price. A 2 bed, 1 bath home is $360 for a one-time deep clean, the same as 2 bed, 2 bath.
- More bathrooms than the row: the next row up. A 1 bed, 2 bath home is priced as 2 bed, 2 bath, and a 4 bed, 3 bath home as 5 bed, 3 bath.
- 5 bedrooms: the 5 bed, 3 bath row.
What can change your price
Bigger than 5 bed, 3 bath, a finished basement to clean, or a home that hasn't been cleaned in a few months: send 3-4 photos and we'll check the price before anything is booked. Either way, you get your price in writing before you pick a day.
How the half-off first deep clean works
Book 3 regular cleanings (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) and your first deep clean is half off. Your first visit is the deep clean at exactly half the one-time price for your home. Visits 2, 3 and 4 are regular cleanings at the price per visit for your schedule, and after that the price per visit stays the same. If you cancel the regular cleanings later, we don't bill you the other half.
Example, 2 bed, 2 bath: a one-time deep clean is $360. With 3 weekly regular cleanings, your first deep clean is $180, then $165 a visit.
One-time deep clean
A one-time deep clean on its own is full price. That's $300 to $610 by home size. The half-off price is only for people who book 3 regular cleanings after it.

- We bring all the supplies.
- Every regular visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors and trash.
