Price per visit

Regular cleanings

Price per visit.

Regular cleaning prices per visit by home size
Home size	Weekly	Every two weeks	Monthly
Studio or 1 bed, 1 bath	$130	$135	$145
2 bed, 2 bath	$165	$180	$190
3 bed, 2 bath	$205	$215	$230
4 bed, 2 bath	$250	$265	$280
5 bed, 3 bath	$320	$340	$360

Prices are per visit and stay the same visit after visit. Fewer bathrooms than the row: same price. More bathrooms: the next row up. Bigger than 5 bed, 3 bath, a finished basement, or a home that hasn't been cleaned in a few months: send 3-4 photos and we'll check the price before anything is booked.

Weekly costs the least per visit and monthly the least per month: compare the schedules, or see every price.

Start with the offer

Book 3 regular cleanings (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) and your first deep clean is half off. Your first visit is the deep clean at half our one-time price. Visits 2, 3 and 4 are regular cleanings at the price per visit for your schedule. If you cancel the regular cleanings later, we don't bill you the other half.

Your first deep clean includes inside the oven and inside the fridge at no extra charge. About the deep clean.
